Turn your drainage problem into a feature! At this Santa Cruz home we took a rainfall run-off problem from a neighboring driveway that used to flood the yard, and created this seasonal rain garden. The backyard habitat got diversified in the process, fruit trees and berries got passive irrigation, and the yard no longer got flooded. What cannot soak in now overflows back to the street.
